Kim Minch Funkhouser joined Portfolio Properties Group in 2006 as a full time Realtor. Kim holds a Bachelors of Art Degree in Graphic Design from the University of Connecticut and is the Chief Financial Officer for Funkhouser Industrial Products, Inc. in East Granby, Connecticut. Kim's design and business background help her to relate to both Buyers and Sellers at all levels of investment.
Kim and her husband live in Canaan and have 2 children. She has a tremendous love of gardening and has served as Secretary for the North Canaan Beautification Committee as well as a volunteer for the North Canaan Streetscape Committee. Her other passions include skiing, hiking, reading and travel. She is very civic minded and is an active participant on North Canaan Elementary School PTO.
