John Considine recently joined Portfolio Properties Group's Lakeville office. John has extensive experience in housing construction, real estate investment and property management. John is an excellent businessman and owns several successful companies such as Country Classic Homes, Considine Properties, John David Builders, and Conklin Excavating. John is very community oriented and was instrumental in obtaining a "Small Block" grant for the revitalization of North Canaan. John's energy, combined with his knowledge of the real estate industry are just two of his many qualities that make him the best agent for the first time home buyer or the commercial investor.
John and his wife Michelle live in Canaan and have 2 children. John is a volunteer coach for Little League and Canaan Youth Basketball.
